Must Have Proper Form of Identification.

Valid ID Required 

Acceptable forms of valid ID include: 

- State-issued driver’s license or state-issued identification card

 - Resident alien card 

- Passport 

- Military identification card

Please have both parent and child state identification. Without proper ID we cannot provide piercing services. Call/ Text or Email if any questions or concerns.
